Andrea has been with PCN Network for several years. She began her PCN career as a Scheduling Coordinator and, for the past two years, has been working as a Manager of Customer Relations. Andrea is a primary customer service representative providing any necessary issue resolution measures and ensuring customer satisfaction on a daily basis. Andrea is instrumental in developing and refining PCN’s internal processes that are easily adaptable to each PCN customer’s unique requirements.
Andrea graduated from the University of Pittsburgh where she earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree; she was also a member of the Pitt Program Council.
