Eric joined PCN Network in 2005 as a Manager of Customer Relations. Eric works with PCN customers on a daily basis to ensure that they are satisfied with PCN provided services and makes any necessary adjustments to PCN’s internal processes to ensure that all customer specific requirements and expectations are being met. He also continually works with, and provides assistance to, PCN network attorneys to ensure that they are fully prepared to handle our customer’s requirements. Prior to joining PCN, Eric worked for several years as the Scheduling Department Closing Manager for one of the industry’s prominent title companies, LSI.

Eric graduated from the Pittsburgh Technical Institute where he earned an Associate Degree in Specialized Business Administration. Eric was a recipient of High Honors for academic achievement and served as the President of Alpha Beta Gamma Business Honor Society.
