Ken has been instrumental in developing PCN Network’s business since its inception in 2004, generating all of its new business and overseeing all company customer accounts. He has enjoyed watching PCN’s business grow in excess of 200% during the past four years. As PCN Network’s resident on-site attorney, Ken serves as the company’s Unauthorized Practice of Law (“UPL”) expert; he works integrally with PCN’s retained in-state attorney ethics experts and Network Attorneys to develop the company’s state specific in-compliance processes. Ken also provides UPL guidance and advice to PCN’s title company customers. Ken is known throughout the national title industry as an expert on UPL matters and has served as a panel presenter at multiple national title industry conferences and forums.
Prior to his involvement with PCN Network, Ken practiced law in private and government capacities; he served as Counsel for the Pennsylvania Securities Commission and as a Deputy Attorney General in the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General. He additionally has worked in a business development and customer relations capacity with several businesses.
Ken graduated from Haverford College in 1985 and the Boston University School of Law in 1988. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and the State of Georgia, as well as in the Supreme Court of the United States of America, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
