Pritam is one of the co-founders of PCN Network and has been the visionary behind the Company’s unique business model. He is a seasoned executive with an extensive business background. As a result of this experience, Pritam has been able to successfully interpret the current state of the real estate/mortgage services market and develop unique solutions for the lender/vendor management industries. .Pritam has also been instrumental in developing PCN’s proprietary real estate closing management software which has enabled PCN to deliver its unique solutions in a consistent, high quality manner.

Pritam has been a speaker at several key industry conferences. In July 2006, Pritam was a speaker in the E-Radio presentation ‘The Increasing Reality of E-Signatures’. He was also a speaker at the National Compliance Summit in March 2007, presenting on Compliance at the Closing Table.

Prior to the creation of PCN Network, Pritam has held senior executive positions at both private and public companies including Vice President of Business Development with NDCHealth, Inc. in Atlanta, Georgia, Chief Financial Officer of E-Transport Inc., TechRx, Inc. a Delaware incorporated company with offices in Vancouver, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Texas, and Alabama, and Cost Containment Corporation.

Pritam serves or has served as a director on the Board of Duquesne Light Holdings, Inc., TrueCommerce, Inc. and as Director and Treasurer of The Verland Foundation,, a not-for-profit provider of mental health/mental retardation services.
